Different Types of Dreams and What Dreams mean #BlogchatterA2Z Theme Reveal 2020

Since Christmas, thought of what to write for Blogchatter A2Z was hovering over my head. Honestly, I even thought of jumping it this year as I was so indecisive on what to write! I was unsure if I will be able to write for 26 days!! And it was just yesterday that I freeze a topic.

March 2020 has been eventful. I moved from my free WordPress blog to my own domain. I was planning to write regularly, even had topics queued up in my head. During the same time, kids had exams and all of a sudden, the schools close down, husband starts Work from Home, No Maids, Nobody is able to go out of their houses, Uncertain atmosphere only to be fueled up by the horrible analysis and long discussions that scare us. Corona virus has landed in India!

Another reason I tried to skip it this year was. Well, I almost decided to write a fiction. Prepared the wireframe, stitched the story in my head. But my brain gave up on that theme pretty soon! I was unable to think about writing such a long fiction in all this chaos!

You may want to check my last year’s work, where Blogchatter ebook carnival 4 turned me into a published author with Journey Sutra.

For my friends from Non- Blogging fraternity, let me tell you what BlogchatterA2Z Challenge is and why makes it special. Well, this mostly starts in the month of April. Participants write every day except Sundays and the title generally follow an alphabetical pattern. So, Titles start from A-Z. As in, 1st April, one writes on title starting with letter ‘A’, 2nd April, its B and so on and so forth. So, when we come to tricky alphabets like Q and X it becomes tough. It is a global event and there are so many wonderful writers participating that you have so much to read and gain. The viewership of your blog also gets improved hence improving the traffic on your blog.

Now the main agenda of writing this post, The Theme Reveal.

#A2ZChallenge Theme Reveal

I am going to write about your Dreams!!,Not the motivational ones you see! But the ones we get when we go to sleep.

Your Night Dreams Decoded

I am a Dreamer! Well, fits aptly about my aspirations in life and career. However, here I am talking about the dreams we get when we are asleep. I am saying I am a dreamer, because I get so many of them when I snooze! Even if I catch a nap in afternoon, it’s full of dreams! And I am not sure if it’s good thing or bad? But I do remember them when I am awake, in fact, most of them. I get recurring dream, nested dreams- you know dreaming in my dream types!? (Yeah, I know that sounds silly, or familiar??). And sometimes I get Netflix type dreams. It’s like seeing a dream, getting up and resuming from where I left it!

We all get dreams. Sometimes, even nightmares. We always wonder why we had such dreams; Well, I have done some research, some experiments on myself to have figured out and unscramble meaning of a couple of dream themes. And in this series, we will talk about, well, almost all type of dreams!

I am looking forward to completing this once again this year, with support from all of you.

So, if you have any such dream, keep seeing and let’s try and validate them together.

Do come back on 1st April to know more about “What and why you had that dream?”

I often get nightmares or scary dreams (to my conscious they both are different). I am not having any negative feeling if I see any scary dream and if so I remember it but if it is a nightmare, then I am a little bit scared about the events I have in my dreams but not to last much longer. I don’t know if I am making any sense, but I have always loved to interpret my dreams and visions. Looking forward on your take on dreams.

Dreams are still an unknown territory for scientists. Sometimes it looks like philosophers understand it better. Nevertheless if dreams have a pattern, maybe your subconscious is trying to tell you something.
