Today topic is a sensitive one, hence planning to keep it short and to the point. Talking about death, experiencing death of closest people is really tough. In the current period of COVID19, life has become so uncertain. Every morning we get up to see a few thousands of people have lost their lives to the Pandemic and I am sure there are people expiring apart from Pandemic may be due to other diseases, illness or accidents. Death is as certain as birth, and we not only avoid talking about it rather we do not even want to think about it. So why do we have death dreams? what do they mean to us?

The worst side of human beings come out when one human being thinks he can control other persons life and can even kill them. Anyways, The Palghar lynching has affected me badly and fuelled my already anxious mind further. Let’s stick to the topic.

Dreams are a very uncommon nightmare. They can leave you anxious, worried and sad even after waking up. Angulimaal was a dacoit who used to kill people and as a trophy would cut their little finger and add it into a necklace around his neck, that’s why he was named angulimaal. Once he crossed roads with Lord buddha and started boasting about his skill of killing people. Buddha asked him to pluck a leaf of a plan nearby. Angulimaal did it with a flash. Then buddha asked him to join it back from where he plucked it. The puzzled angulimaal knew he couldn’t do it. That is when buddha told him, similarly he cannot give life back to the people he kills. So how can he take away something which he cannot give back.  After that angulimaal gave up killing and became a monk.
