Bird dreams sound simple and beautiful, however interpreting them isn’t that very easy. Each bird type, size, action and color have an independent meaning.Birds in dreams are considered as messengers. They come to show or indicate signs and warn us against future events. Birds bring hope, aspirations and joy. A free bird is the happiest one, they speak volumes about freedom of our soul from burden and guilt. It is also related to spiritual and emotional freedom.

False Awakening, Sleep Paralysis, Lucid Dreams are all part of Dream within Dream. Which I fondly named as nested dreams.Where the main dream is that you are awake, yes you heard me right. The main dream is that you are awake and within that dream you are doing things, without realizing that it’s a dream. Little confusing right? Let’s go slow.

Getting lost in cementry or loosing money, how scary it can get?As we are talking about being lost in your dreams, we will even talk about what it means to lose your precious little things in dreams. Loosing items, loosing people, searching them, finding them and even you are being lost. If we must generalize these dreams about ‘something lost’ it is a sign of profit.The basic of most of the dreams is stress and anxiety in real life. The dreams become recurring because we generally ignore these as work pressure rather than resolving it. Being lost is not at all a happy feeling. Dream of getting lost or losing someone are in fact very upsetting and unsettling.

Today we will see how does the dream world work with kids. We all want our kids to dream high in waking life. They must aspire. We as a responsible parent, want to be the wing below their tiny wings when they want to soar high to fulfill what they perceive.We make sure we talk to kids about what they want to be when they grow up? How is their plan for life? And all however we never ask them about their night dreams. Try this activity in the morning, try to speak to your child and see if he remembered last night’s dream. See if you can help him decode it, you never know the child might be disturbed by a recurring dream but chose not to speak about it thinking no one really cares about his night dreams.

There is adrenaline rush. You feel like this is the time to make a decision to take up the fight or flight. This is serious.So when your are having a peaceful sleep. Such horrible, vivid and realistic dream can wake you up with a jerk. Swear on your forehead, high pulse and racing heart. The emotions that you face at this point in your dream can be any out of these.Confused, frustrated, sad, angry, upset, cheated, unfair, mad, scared, guilty and many other like these.
